1. Returns and excange policy:

1.1. Our returns policy is guided by law nr. 217 issued on the 29th of June, in 2001 by the MINISTRY of economy of the republic of lithuania

1.2.when returning our product, the buyer should use certified mail only. certified mail tracking number should be provided to the seller within 24 hours from the time the package has been sent.

1.3.shipping expenses of undamaged ITEMS should be paid by the buyer.

1.4.A buyer has 14 days from the date of the delivery to return the merchandise. An e-mail containing pictures and/or the description of the issue should be sent to the seller at the same time.

1.5. upon the return, The product should be in its original packaging, undamaged, unused and put together the same way it was delivered to the buyer (all the tags should be in place). The returned ITEM should contain the original receipt with it.

1.6. only the money paid for the undamaged items will be reimbursed to the buyer once they are returned. SHIpping costs are to be coevered by the buyer.

1.7. if the buyer receives the wrong item, it is the seller’s responsibility to replace it. if the expected/ordered merchandise is unavailable, the seller will fully reimburse all the money to the buyer, shipping included.

1.8. if the delivered item is damaged, the seller is responsible for replacing it, or fully reimbursing the money to the buyer.

1.9. in case of damaged items, the buyer has 14 days from the day of the delivery to return them back to the seller. An e-mail containing pictures and/or the description of the issue should be sent to the seller at the same time.

1.10. upon returning the damaged item, the buyer must make sure that it is in the same, original and undamaged packaging (all the tags should be in place), put together the same way it was upon its delivery. The returned merchandise should contain the original receipt with it.

1.11. the seller has the right to refuse the return if the buyer does not follow the steps 1.4-1.5,1.9-1.10, listed above.

1.12. if the item was paid for using a gift card/coupon, the gift card/coupon will be returned to the buyer, along with any additional money paid out of pocket.

1.13.if the buyer bought the merchadise on sale, only the money paid for it will be returned.

2. FINAL PROVISIONS

2.1.the returns and exchange policy is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the government of the republic of lithuania.

2.2. the above mentioned policies are regulated by the government of the republic of lithuania. Any questions or issues raised by these policies can be negotiated directly with the seller. In case of failed negotiations, any issues will be solved in the court of law of the republic of lithuania.
